The hotel is perched high on the rocky southern shores of a bay in Obzor. The complex is surrounded by pristine natural greenery and towers above the nearby Irakli beach. The complex consists of four main buildings arranged around cascading pools and gardens, and offers 140 rooms. Renovated in 2011, the property is entirely oriented to face the sea so that the first rays of sunrise touch every building in the complex.
