The restaurant, Il Borgo Calatini, offers refined flavors, serving the best Sicilian cuisine as well as delicious and refined Mediterranean dishes. All dishes are prepared with care and creativity, and served by friendly and professional staff, always ready to recommend wines or recipes suited to your tastes.
The bar is a stylish and comfortable space that serves a good selection of local wines and classic cocktails, as well as snacks in tapas style and tempting desserts like the Sicilian granita with brioche.
