Situated close to the far west end of the resort of Icmeler, the aparthotel is conveniently located for the beach and the resort's amenities but still only a short ride by local transport to the larger town of Marmaris. Links to the public transport network are on the hotel's doorstep and Dalaman Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 95 km.

This aparthotel has a covered outdoor restaurant and a pleasant bar. There is also a TV room. Simply furnished, the floors are marble tiled. The establishment is in an area of pine forests. The doors, cupboards and bar/restaurant are made of varnished wood. Comprising a total of 32 apartments, the air-conditioned property welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, WLAN Internet access, room service and a laundry service.

The apartments are simply furnished with 2 single beds, a double bed and a single sofa bed. They have 2 rooms and a bathroom with a shower. They all come with a balcony, fridge, individually regulated air conditioning and a direct dial telephone.
