It is 15 km to Spello, 25 km to Perugia, 40 km to Gubbio and 65 km to Spoleto. Perugia Airport is 25 km away and it is 95 km to Ancona Airport and 200 km to Rome Fiumicino Airport.

This charming, family-friendly eco holiday farmhouse lies in approximately 30 hectares of land in an ancient agricultural village which has been fully renovated. It is the ideal place for banquets and receptions, group activities, business meetings and professional courses and comprises a total of 34 rooms. Accommodation is in one of the village's original buildings, which houses double, triple and quadruple rooms which average 16-18 m in size. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a currency exchange facility, a TV lounge, a cafe, a bar and a restaurant. Guests have conference facilities and WLAN Internet access at their disposal (for an additional fee) and they can also take advantage of the laundry services.
