Hotel Itanos

The hotel enjoys an ideal location by the central park square, right on the waterfront of the picturesque town of Sitia. It is just some 100 m from the long, sandy, Blue Flag beach, which extends across 2.5 km of coastline.

This family-friendly hotel, fully renovated in 1999, is open all year round. Its 72 rooms (138 beds) offer guests all the amenities they need for a pleasant stay. There is a large reception area, 2 TV lounges, a bar, a cafeteria and a dining room, all fully air-conditioned. Visitors can also enjoy the facilities of the hotel's roof garden, which offers stunning views out over the town, built in the form of an amphitheatre, and its lovely bay.

All rooms are equipped with a balcony, private bathroom facilities, a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV, a radio, background music, remote controlled heating and air conditioning and sound-proofed balcony doors. Specially adapted rooms are also available for disabled guests.

Visitors can also enjoy the facilities of the hotel's Roof garden with the lovely views of the amphitheatrically built town and its bay.

A buffet breakfast and set menu are offered in the dining room, which can seat up to 180 persons. In addition to this an a la carte restaurant on the seafront serves the finest in traditional Greek and Cretan specialities.
